Hi, I’m Shelby — and I’ve been training my whole life for this.
For over a decade, my work has centered around being part of the best days of people’s lives. I specialize in moments that are high-stakes, emotionally charged, logistically complex, and completely unforgettable. From skydiving to hospitality to creating once-in-a-lifetime experiences, I’ve spent years learning how to hold space, manage moving parts, and make sure everything lands exactly the way it should.
When I decided to step into the wedding industry in 2025, I didn’t dip a toe in — I went all in.
I worked on as many weddings as possible, intentionally putting myself on site, in the middle of the pressure, the beauty, and the chaos of real wedding days to understand exactly what makes them succeed. I was there for the setups, the breakdowns, the timeline shifts, the emotional moments, and the curveballs no one plans for. I learned how ceremonies actually flow, how vendors move, how guests behave, and how quickly things fall apart when no one is truly in charge.
That hands-on experience is the backbone of Weddings By Wolfe.
This business wasn’t built from Pinterest boards or theory — it was built from being in the trenches, watching what works, fixing what doesn’t, and knowing how to protect a couple’s day when it actually matters.
